1. You certainly can deposit $20k into Full Tilt in one day, and you should know that.
2. I thought your friends didn't know how much money you made playing poker. 3. Since when do your (non poker playing, I assume) friends know the names of other popular online poker players, let alone the existence of 2+2? 4. Your kinda drunk friend is an idiot. Feel free to tell him I said so.... if he actually exists, that is. See, this story still doesn't quite add up with things we've you've told us in the past. And you certainly can't deny that this post is 100% in your "handwriting:" Now for my theory: JD got drunk last night and made the post above himself (possibly with the encouragement of other people). When JD woke up today and saw the heartfelt, caring responses from other members of this forum, he felt really badly about it and wanted to clear the air. Rather than risk being labeled a full of shit eejit, he came up with this cover story and blamed it on an imaginary "friend" of his. That's my theory. |

he is man. me and a friend decided this would be a good prank for some reason and i honestly forgot all about this until i woke up and then felt like a total jackass. well its not the dumbest thing ive done drunk, and hopefully u guys can relate to how dumb ideas sound really good when ur wasted. i guess at least my lie was about being worse than i am rather than better? - that and me posting rather than playing drunk are the only positives i see in this - and i had a fun night. sry to start dumb shit.
honestly my 1st lie/ stupid prank on here. im sure most know im honest but over the internet i guess u could lose credibility pretty quickly i really dont think u can deposit 20k on FT in a day tho.

OH MAN this could be a thread all it's own, trust me on that!
I'd start a thread about the stupidest things anyone has done when they are drunk, but mine would involve handcuffs and a public defender, and I come off looking really bad in the end......

i was seriously thinking about starting it, but didnt think any1 would post anything. mines pretty bad too and i look like a total jackass and horrible BF when i get caught with 2 chicks at a party my gf just happens to show up to. it was bad and i really wouldnt want to go into details anyway. - and a 3some did Not happen (un)fortunately so dont get ur hopes up.

I understand doing stupid things when drunk - We've all been there. And yes, this was stupid. But when you woke up and "felt like a total jackass," you should have apologized right then. Lying more to try to cover it up only makes it worse, IMO.

When I read your first post, the thing which stuck out the most, for me (after being shocked at your loss, ofcourse) was your spelling and grammer. For some reason, it had improved immensely. Did your friend type it out or do you type better when drunk?
 OMG! everyone I quit I lost a shit ton of money$ tonight on tilt. First I lost it at 10/20 NL, then 25/50 NL vs. H@LLingol Then I put $25,000 onto Full Tilt and played 50/100 vs Ozzy87 and lost it all. In one night I lost $45,000 fuckin shit poker is horrible *Caps on the 'I' and beginning sentences, periods at the end of sentences,(nice) only quotation missing is exclamation point at the end of $44k. I'm thinking you typed up the last line.

i typed it and i assume it was pretty badly written and made no sense cuz of drunkeness, my less drunk friend felt the need to fix it.
thats why i was so surprised TP said it looked exactly like my typing, when it actually wasn't lol.

That's because you are using Level II thinking and I'm using Level III. You see, I knew that you typed it up and your friend fixed it, but the "flavor" of it is still 100% JD.
I'm glad it was a prank, but it was still a stupid one. Let's not make a habit of this crap around here, ok? |
