look at that, sit down and win 5k and donate $300 cancer, im awesome.
Actually, I'm totally kidding cuz im a big loser at 25/50. It's horrible that I even play it and really the only time I do is when I'm having a significant losing day and my brain decides to think like an idiot and try to win it all back fast. ive been real pissed at myself for this for real. it really is just completely ridiculous i cant hold a goal for a month. i think i have a gambling problem when im down alot of $, but all other times I think much clearer and wouldnt think of playing 25/50. I havent played really at all the last 2 days and I'm not sure I'm going to for awhile. I don't like losing $.

being the kind of poker player that u are, where u get most of your money from poker, it can bite u in the ass in the long run, u gotta have control over yourself, u gotta think, if u lose money then go to the 25-50 limits, one of this times u will just all of a sudden lose most of your bankroll, i think u can make way more money in poker JD if u never did stupid stuff like that, this is your money on the line, its like your job, so u gotta think and remember that there will be losing days, instead of every time u lose, u go lose even more.

Taking a break is a good idea, a few days or so taking care of other things should help get your perspective back. Remind yourself that you WILL have losing sessions from time to time, all you can do is play your best to minimize the damage.
