Any raked hand counts. I don't know what limit you like to clear bonuses with, but I usually multi-table the $25NL Tables. The blinds are cheap and the action is good. When you get a good hand, you can make some additional cash...

You like to stick to LHE? One orbit of $2/4 blinds ($3) is equal to four orbits of $25NL table blinds. ($.75 an orbit).

Default Good point

That math is important. I usually try to play as much of the bonus off as a I can on 2/4 limit, as it is my best game, with 50/1 a fall back. If I were to play 25NL, I'd have to single table, but this would be an affordable -- and fun -- way to do it, and could well result in some extra cash as the Friday night games are likely to be very loose. See my new thread on the idea of mutlitabeling on different games.

I think you should have your goals straight when playing for these bonuses. If you're trying to hammer out the bonus and the bonus amount you get out is going to give a significant return as oppose to your normal amount you make, then you should aim for low limit tables.

Eg. You deposit 1000, for 200 dollar bonus. You're an average player and usually break even. Then your primary goal should be to just cleared the 1400 hands by multitabling low limit tables and try to at worse break even on the tables.

If you're a high limit player, and the 200 dollars is something you could make in one sitting. Then you should deposit enough to clear the raked hands. For example if you play 3/6 all the time and you're usually a winner of like 50 or 60 bucks in a sitting, then forget about the bonus amount. Stay focused on your own game and make money that way. Just deposit like $350 to clear 500 hands to get around 70 bucks. This way you don't have to lose focus on your normal game trying to get this bonus.

I have a question... if you were going to take advantage of a reload bonus... where does the bonus code go at? on the deposit page?... also does Empire have a reload bonus?

At party, you just hit cashier in the main lobby then hit deposit, it'll bring you to the deposit screen where you can enter the amount and can enter deposit codes.

Wow I just became aware of this new bonus by Party. They are really rising up with the new bigger bonuses, player points club, and new tournaments. Just when I though I was out...they pull me back in...lol

Default Well, I'm done

Had a holiday get-together on Saturday, so I did in one massive session on Friday night. The results weren't pretty -- once again, I would have been better off sticking to single-tabeling 2/4 for a shorter session. Lesson NOT learned.

I also played the 11:30 speed tourney, and on the very first hand got dealt KK. Raise 200 pre-flop, two callers. Flop is harmless, no Ace, so I push all in. First player folds, second calls ... with a pair of 2. Not that there is 2 on the board, mind you. He just figures he'll catch one on the turn or the river. And what is turn card? You guessed it.

Not my best weekend.

I'll be curious to see just how many Points I have after the smoke clears on this debacle.
