Ya, I had a bad run in limit as well. In the span of about 15 hands, one player rivered me 3 times. First one I had QQ, and I kept betting strong, and that guy hits the inside straight draw on the river. Second hand had A8 suited or something....it flops an Ace, and the guys on the table play just about anything...figured I strong. I kept betting till the river and check called. The guy flips over A2 and wins with the river 2. The last hand, I had KK, and I bet strong every betting round....he called preflop with 57 d and needless to say he hit the flush.
Man I love limit hold'em. |

oh geez
you all crying about limit to much ok so you got a bad beat and lost what maybe a couple bucks in a low limit game or maybe 25 bucks in a higher one and then you win 5x that amount when they dont hit there draw so you make it all back plus more. Isnt that what we are always telling people, " you want those morons drawing to the long shots". The flush is 3-1 of hitting so you gain more by them chasing, now everyone chases flush draws and open ended straights, DONT TELL ME YOU DONT. The only difference between us and them is we chase ours with favorable pot odds they chase theres with terrible ones so we make more money in the long run while they lose it. So I say let them have there little pots this time and lets rock them in the long run. LADIES AND GENTELMEN BRIAN HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.....
