Huh,
At least when I used to dump rep to give some neg to eejit, I would do it on posters who were one and dones in the freeroll threads or the spam section. I'm not complaining though, cause I've got no room to talk. I give -rep to random posts when I think someone sucks, even if the post itself doesn't warrant it. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
