Thanks for this. I can't remember if I've ever capped 5th street but I KNOW that the earlier streets the betting is capped after the 3rd raise. Still, very odd.
And the customer service rep's reply was anything but helpful... ![]() |

At , betting isn't capped Heads Up. You can just keep on raising and raising and raising until someone gets all in.

perhaps that what it is then - when the two were heads up on the river the capping is removed.
Now, how hard would that have been to explain in the original email response to my email??? |

Well, I was able to confirm today that what TP put forth is, indeed, the correct scenario: When two players are heads-up, the cap is removed on any street. I know - I got into it with a guy on the turn with KK. I think we went about 7 bets or so before I blinked and called him. The board was all blanks. He turned over AA. Ah well. I should have known. Fortunately I got most of it right back a few hands later.
