It is amazing they have already shut down the lottery, which I assume brings in plenty of cash to the state coffers. I can't imagine anything more counterproductive.
Local coverage here Those who gamble on the state lottery are already feeling the effects of the shutdown now that sales are suspended indefinitely. Alisse Lenardo, manager of Patsy's Margate Card Studio, had to turn away most of her regulars Sunday when they came in to play.

Closed the doors and ushered everyone out this morning, un-friggin-believable!
We can't work out a budget so let's flush 1.2 million a day in tax revenue down the shidder while were at it.
