I can hook you up with the guy who runs the biggest sports forum on the internet, he looks to be running the same software as you are and has the reputation thing working fine, though it doesn't get alot of use. By the way they are just about to hit the MILLION post mark at that forum!!! A MILLION POSTS!!!
