I feel your pain. These last five-six months for me have been a nightmare. I am to the point where i am basically starting over again. I am SO close to quitting this stupid nonsense.
In luck-box news - i am down to final four. Pretty solid final table. I really need a third at least - but i am playing to win |

Of course i finished fourth. I got bullied off a better hand like a stupid ass then ended up all-in with a second best hand when my stupid A2 'caught' an ace on the flop and he had AQ.
I refuse to finish third. I refuse to not throw away the hand before that. |

I always wondered how much difference there was in varience in Limit compared to NL -- I thought NL had tons and tons more -- but from Shabi's recent shitty month, Im seeing Limit has some as well

5/10 LHE, 6 max is the variance king. I've been looking over stats and shit for like 30 min and just realized, I'm not gonna be able to sleep.
Just fired up Party again. There's a fine line between determination and addiction I guess.

Not that you need it - but i am positive rep'ing you for this. Nothing like a quick hit and run to help the bankroll and psyche. The rep is that hopefully seeing you do it is good motivation for others to do it when they need to.

Trust me - that is making my 'bankroll re-adjustment' that much tougher. Believe me when i tell you that going from playing on a tv table with Phil Ivey, Kenna James and Kathy Liebert to sweating AA all-in vs AKoff in a $30 sit n go is a real test on they psyche.
I figure in about 4 more months i will be posting in the "Looking for a Backer" section. |

Only two - the Australian thing (which i thought i did okay in overall) and a WPT event in Bahamas (which i was not too happy with my play). The bahamas was my first big live event - and i made a lot of little mistakes that added up.

That was when he was in Australia, yes. I know it was filmed, but I forget where it was supposed to be televised... one of the more obscure sports channels that I don't get, I think.
What was the deal again, bdawg? |

It was suppose to air on Fox Sports Net 'sometime in February' (last february) but i never saw it aired. We get that channel here - and it alternates with some local sports. Others had kept an eye out for it - but never seemed to happen. Maybe they just didnt get 'good tv' out of that tourney.
I am wondering if maybe they won't air it. The only pro to go deep was Kenna James I think - and he didnt make the final table. For the time i was there - there were no big hands or big pots - so i doubt any of my stuff would make it (unless there was some big bluff that obviously i wouldnt know about). The guy who took me out didnt go deep - so its not like that was a factoring hand in the tourney. I actually thought my wife would have a better chance of getting on tv. She was railing and standing by the 'feature table' quite a bit (the non-tv table where Hachem was mostly). |
