If you feel yourself on a downswing early, do you think it is best to get out, and try later on or the next day; or should you try to grind it out and get back on track?? I find it hard to stop if I am losing early. I have only had one or two really horrible days.

It's all one big session, so what I did on the previous hand(s) has nothing to do with how I'm playing this hand. I quit when I'm tired or don't want to play, but my earnings really don't have much say. |

I've read and heard this lots of places, but I think it's just human nature to look at it as separate sessions.

In no-limit, there have been multiple occasions where I've lost 1,2 even 3 buy-ins before I've turned things around to make a profit for the evening. I usually only quit when I'm getting tired, not because I'm losing. |

Just to follow up, last night I recouped about 60% of my loss.
