the thing to think about Jimmy, is that is it any of our business? AEQ and TP are handling it, HES will be banned. I doubt hes is insane enough to try it again, if he did he KNOWS we will find out instantly, we have all the info we need from AEQ, i may be insane here, but i reckon if HES tried it with me, hed be in jail faster than you can say cat in a hat ( to quote swordfish ), i have ideas from AEQ now if this happens.

All this thread was meant to be is our representation of events, i dont feel we should in anyway interfere with things gogin on, we have our right to vote on our feelings, discuss possible repercussions on HES's actions, but in NO WAY is it our business to interfere and try to sway the mind of the prson who is the vistim (AEQ).

I feel that our vote should be seen, and the moralistic answers viewed, but who are we to tell a lawyer if to prosecute a guy for something?

Yes, jimmy - you are being paranoid.

Lou has sensitive information saved in his very unsecure YAHOO email account. That was his mistake. Names, hometowns and birthdays are simply not enough (alone) to get entry into someone's poker account anywhere (at least none of the major sites). If they are, try getting into this account just for kicks:

Ben Affleck
August 15, 1972
Berkeley, CA

GL with that.

Based on the above post (and others from HES) ^^^^^^^^^^ - I see very little, if any, remorse.

I have a queston:

If not a moral obligation, is it not a civic obligation to protect the greater good to report a known crime to the authorities even if the victim didn't/does not want to?

Naturally - this is dependent on the crime, however, this particular one may very well have (and quite easily) turned out financially devastating to AEQ. Just google online identity theft and read some of the first hand accounts that may have started the same way this one did. People take years to recover from said instances, would it not be prudent to report this before it evolves into something more detrimental to the victim or leads to other victims? HES hase proven a will, desire and ability to commit this crime.

Lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas....

A desire and ability? How do I have the ability cause I got into ONE account? And now that Ive done it once Im gunna do it over and over again? No, I dont know much about computer shit, I dont have the ability, Aeq just had too much stuff in an unsecure mailbox. Most emails will be in somethin like Outlook Express. How do you expect me to get into that? Impossible, for me. The reason I could get all the information on Aeq is because he had all his information in his yahoo account profile. Name, Address, phone number, Neteller info, ect...

Nope, Dont think I really have an ability.

Yahoo mail is secured with a username and password, albeit weak. However, you had the right to exploit this how??

Integrity has everything to do with this - of which yours is most certainly in question/doubt. How can anyone believe you won't considering how not-seriously you seem to be taking the situation. **see above post from you**

You've proven your ability:

Oh - and the neg reps I'm gettting for this.....I really don't give a flying f*ck about.

remorse? nah, just gettin a little agrivated bout how other people are stepping in. This is still between me and Lou. What can anyone else do?

I didnt realize that by fucking up once made me an addict. Maybe I should check out getting into an AA type deal for someone whos done fraud. Might even invest in getting a patch or somethin to help with my hacker cravings. Im not a top of the line hacker whos gunna keep doin this. God, I fucked up, I tried making my wrong right and have done everything I can to correct it.
Heres a question for the people reading this.

WHAT MORE CAN I DO? Ive appologized, payed him back, and I am working off my consequences. What more can I do people?
