Here is the deal. If HES had gone after me, I would have pursued legal action with his local police and I would have had him banned from here. He is clearly a punk and I don’t think he deserves our sympathies. In no way am I defending HES, nor have I ever. But HES didn’t target me, nor did he target Jimmy, he went after Aeq. Therefore it is ultimately up to Aeq to decide the best way to handle this issue. And since Aeq is a lawyer, he probably has experience in situations like this and is acting in the most reasonable manner.

In the “I got Jacked” thread, Aeq explicitly states that he is going to handle the situation. Why would you, Jimmy, feel the need to meddle in the life of a stranger (Aeq)? It is completely disrespectful of Aeq for you to get involved. Did you ever consider that you might not have all the pertinent information? Did you ever consider that by getting involved you might be hurting Aeq chances of getting his money back? Did you ever consider that some wouldn’t want a small-town police officer poking around these threads on police business? Or did these types of considerations go out the window when you made an uninformed decision and took unilateral action?
