I dont think the TOC is a good idea....the money that is added should be given to people who earn it.....if the top 9 players just get to get in a tourney and the 9th placed guy in the leauge wins he wins money he shoulda never had....also you will be wasting $x depending on the # of people that enter....thats giving money to pokerstars and they arent a part of the league at all

I don't understand this. I said 10, but yes, it would be 9 (Stars SNG size). These players DID earn the extra money though - by finishing in the top 9! By expanding the field to 9 players, there will be more people still interested in the league for the last few events, rather than thinking they are out of it and not playing any more.
And what are you talking about with this giving money to Poker Stars stuff? I don't follow that at all. This would be set up a freeroll for those who qualified. There would be no juice ofr Stars. This is pretty much how the WSOP TOC works. Same principle. And I think it's great. It gives people something to shoot for... |
