How to Shake off bad beats

The best thing you can hope for is to get your money in the middle when you're ahead.

If you're suffering bad beats, then that means you're playing smart poker and your chips are in the middle when you are ahead.

You can't control lady luck.

The last two weeks have been pretty tough on me, but you take solice in the fact that you are playing good poker.

I think Zy had the sig something like "You can play very bad poker and win, but you can also play very good poker and lose."

Just put your head down and keep at it. If need be, go do something else and get your mind off of poker, so when you come back...you can concentrate better.
