Is the 1M a $215 buyin event? On PokerStars? People keep saying 1050, but thats not what the window says. Image attached.

They have a Million that has a 1000 buyin in as well. This is only 1 week a month or maybe even more sporadic than that. The other 3 weeks are the 215 buyin that is for at least 1 million which appears to be the one you are in.

it is probably smarter to sell it, but I would play in it. Think of how much fun it will be for you, and what a great experience. It seems like a good opportunity to step up and dream a little w/o any cost to you.

Sir,
Play in the damn thing. $200-ish, while a non-negligble percentage of your bank roll, is chump change. Listen up. Ready? You have tournament skills. Did you hear that? OK, good. You have a decent record in some of the lower buy-in tournies, and while that most certainly is not a reflection of the caliber of the average player in these things, it's not that far off. Play in the damn thing. Hell, you might get lucky and score huge. If you're like me, you'd hate yourself for not trying. Play in the damn thing. |

For your own sake, don't sell for 150. How many f'in tournaments do you play in? You can use the T$ for all of them. Don't just win 215 and give so much of it up.
P.S. Surely this won't win the contest for most posts. That would be sad. |
