There are times when I think timing is important... but we're talking like 1-2% of the decisions I make, if that. I alluded to this in earlier today, actually. I think waiting 5 seconds every time you fold is ridiculous and if you were doing that at my table, I would move to a different table immediately. Well, after telling you off, I suppose.
Why would you want to intentionally lower the number of hands you play per hour? All that accomplishes is lowering your hourly rate. |

By playing slower I think you can lossen up your opponants.
Maybe a bit silly I guess. My main point is does anyone use pace in their poker play. Looks like the answer is yes. Speed and occasional slow play.
