Of course! That's it! By banning cigs in public places people will buy less smokes! Damn, why didn't anyone else think of this. The gov't should ban cocaine, speed, LSD, and pot too! Just think, if it's banned, no one will buy it...
 I don't know ONE SINGLE PERSON that cut back on smoking when we enacted a public smoking ban here in London. That has to be the single-most absurd thing I've read in this thread (and that's saying a lot!) |
