Gave me these numbers on the two beats.
Hand No. 1, I was actually a 51.11-47.78 dog after the flop. But when the second nine hit (and when the money went in), I was an 81.82-percent favorite and he was a 18.18-percent dog. Hand No. 2, I was a 91.82 percent favorite to his 8.18 percent (when the money went in). Even after the 10 hit on the turn, I was still an 86.36-percent favorite to his 13.64 percent. |

Believe it or not, but you're only (and I use the word "only" sparingly) about a 3-1 favorite in that hand preflop. (73.63-25.31) Still good odds, and still a tough beat.
But the hand that busted me out yesterday was about as tough as I've seen. He pretty much had to catch perfect, and he did. I went all-in -- after the flop -- with bet-the-house odds, and I lost my hat, ass and overcoat. Either he severely misread me or he just made a bad call. Either way, he got lucky ... and that's poker. |

My guess is he was the chip leader, felt like gambling since it's a freeroll and you need to win it to make read good money, and didn't like your red hair or long-winded stories

Good to see you finally made it onto the board, douchebag. It's about time.
![]() Anyhow, welcome. TP's a good guy. He makes everyone feel like family -- except the occasional assholes. He just makes them feel like assholes. As for the freeroll -- yeah, you're right, and shit like that certainly happens. That's why I've decided to quit poker and take up No-Limit Honeymoon Bridge instead. |
