… and both points are important.

1) Should have at least 10 big bets in front of you at all times to be able to fully take advantage of a great capping opportunity. If you drop below this, rebuy or leave the table.

2) Winning or losing in any given session should not be influence your play/strategy. Many players get overly loose when they are winning (“Hell, it’s not my my money …”) or losing (“I’ve got to get unstuck!”) by a significant amount, and neither makes any sense.

If I always followed my own advice, I’d be a better player.
