They're trying to bolster their numbers so their year end financial analysis looks good. Their number of active players needs to be up before they go public so they get a higher share price.

I thought their IPO is in may, i'll look again.

Edit: That explains why I couldn't find anything on them, it was issued on the UK stock exchange. Weird. The reason I thought it was in may was because they have an event scheduled in may to review their IPO from the previous June. I'm guessing they are offering all of the promos just to bolster their year end financials which will get released and reviewed by most major investment firms and financial news.
