"2" is accepted as a basic correct value of total postflop aggression. People who use stats regularly go further and break it down by street. So a flop aggression of 2.8, a turn aggression of 2.1, a river aggression of 1.8. Those are avg. to get a total postflop reading.

If I have my Poker Ace running and I have the stats readily available, it just serves as a quick read. However, if I'm in a hand and someone has an agg factor of 2.5, that doesn't mean much different to me than a 2.0 or 3.0.

It's just when you see values way below or way above 2, well, you get the idea.

As far as 24% being high for VPIP, remember, I'm talking about 6-max limit games. You steal more, defend more, and generally have to play more hands.

In full ring games (when I played them), I was significantly lower.
