not really, when on the short stack (it matters how short the stack is) you will get called with an all in most of the time. my tip is just to go all in with a great hand and hope for the best. it is all you can do

all in is my only choice its either all in or not not inbetween stuff risk taking on the short stack

The short stack is always at the mercy of the larger stacks at the table. The larger stacks will always be focused on knocking you out, so try to use that to your advantage (by doing things such as going all-in/betting a decent amount with a decent-good two pair for they will likely call with just a high pair)
