Worst Day of Poker.... limit players

I lost 70 BBs in about an hour and a half once. It was the sickest session of my life.

Oh yeah - and this was $10/20.

my worst sessions live have probably been about 10bb/hour. but really that is just one or two pots that you get on the wrong end of, so that isnt all that bad.

worst for me was ~20BB/hr. this was the ultra high roller, tough to beat game.... .50/$1 on pacific. lol

Regarding BB, about 60 in two hours on .50/1, a horrible day. Never want to play those table again. I know there's a strategy for those tables, but could never get it to work for me. I've moved up limits a decent amount and it seems like i'm taking less of a risk.
