1. Get checking account 2. Deposit to it 3. Get neteller account 4. Wait for neteller to make a deposit to your checking account. 5. Verify that amount with Neteller. That's usually done via email. They should've sent you one. 6. Deposit from checking to neteller 7. Transfer $$$ to Pshabi
