I think taking whatever you have above the bankroll you need at the limit you are playing out makes sense if you are not planning a move up. But, if you are leaving yourself with 1/3 (or less) of the suggested bankroll online then just know that you might have to put some of it back in simply because of fluctuation in the game.

Also, if you have a point where you want to stop playing (to move back down in limits if things are not going well) then you could take all of it out but that amount so you will have to redeposit before you start to play the lower limit (Concious effort).

Again, this really is only for self-control reassurance factors.
