I don't think Chris would even argue with this (although one could make an argument for Robert Varkonyi). Chris is a lot better now than he was when he won, and he'll be the first to admit it.

I never said he was the greatest player just dont like people saying he is terrible. It took alot to get where he is today. |

ok, ill give you that hes better than before. But look at poker superstars, did he place? no. look at MvsF game, did he place? no! look at WPT tourneys, he plays them all, does he win? no!

Do you think Phil Hellmuth is a good poker player? How many cashes has he had since Chris won the 2003 WSOP? Not that many come to mind...

No, but....
Phil is a great poker player, thats like saying Doyle Brunson isnt good because he doesnt cash often. Phil cashes alot in smaller tourneys, and he has 9 WSOP Bracelets. Any1 with 3 or more is a HOF player in my book. |

I'm probably still annoyed at the fake hand history, so I'm being an asshole, but ... eej has managed to ask an ignorant question, make a silly argument, then switch sides, all in a single thread. A triple crown! |
