Regarding the Age thing, there is a big "Over 18 Only" icon right on the main page of Party's web site (for example - it's the only one I checked). That links to this page:

The text from that page (note the last sentence):

-----
PartyPoker.com does not allow anybody under the age of 18 to play poker. This is in compliance with the Gaming Ordinance of the Government of Gibraltar. In order to ensure that minors do not play we are required to obtain the name, address, sex and age of all our customers. We also ensure that all advertising, sponsorship and promotional activity is not targeted at those under the age of 18, again in compliance with the Gaming Ordinance.

The Interactive Gaming Council guidelines we follow include implementing controls to limit access by minors.

Here are some easy steps to help you prevent minors from logging on and gambling without your knowledge:
-Use child protection software to block gaming sites from under 18’s
-Do not leave children unattended when you play on the software
-Do not share your credit card or bank account details with minors
-Do not leave the "Save Password" option enabled on the poker software login screens
-Create separate profiles for your children on computers, so that when they login they cannot access your information
-If you know someone under the age of 18 who is registered with us, please get in touch

not reporting taxes are your gambling winnings isnt any different than what Pete Rose did.

Your going to report taxes on any big winners you have at the horse track, or at the casino.

Its not like your telling the IRS "Hi Im reporting winnings on a online poker site where it is illegal for me to gamble at". The poker checks you get dont say 'party poker' on them so it could be from any gambling you are involved in as long as you report it, the IRS wont ask you any questions.

On the other hand if you dont report it, the IRS will make it their MO to find as many violations on you as possible. They could charge you with betting online (if possible), being 18 and gambling (18 is okay for the offshore casino but you have to be 21 in your jurisdiction more than likely), etc.
