I believe because the sites are all located over seas, I dont think they can do anything about it in the states because of that. Im not sure but I believe because they are located overseas he is concidered gambling there not in the states. |

regardless of where the sites are located you still have to be 18 to gamble and he is only 16.

taxes on the winnings dont mean anything...you dont have to claim them.. it's not like the gambling sites report their earnings to the IRS. geoff is wrong |
