WTF?? Money before cards? Umm nope, and your lawsuit isnt valid, its thrown out instantly on the grounds of nothing being signed. Kirk aka "THE FUCK" could just say that you owed it him and that the emails arent even from him. Get cover for yourself next time mate.

Is he really 16!?? Why dont we report him for underage gambling, and visit his ass when hes in prison for a month? Hes in the USA, im in the UK, i think we have the same laws....

I believe because the sites are all located over seas, I dont think they can do anything about it in the states because of that. Im not sure but I believe because they are located overseas he is concidered gambling there not in the states.

regardless of where the sites are located you still have to be 18 to gamble and he is only 16.

18 to gamble on the sites no matter what "state" or "country" you're in

taxes on the winnings dont mean anything...you dont have to claim them.. it's not like the gambling sites report their earnings to the IRS.
