In those spots, I feel the best thing is to quit playing for a while.

Now, it's true, that I can never do that, but I imagine it would be the best thing .

What I do is just change it up a little. You sound like your playing NLHE. If you play SNGs, play some cash games for a while. Or vice versa.

For me, as a limit player, I just play a few SNGs or even a MTT and I'm ready to go tomorrow.
