OOOOOOooooorrrr....
Just before you win your seat in a satelite, (or when you enter the sat), buy in for CASH.... Then when you win your seat, they will give you CASH (Not W$) since you already bought in. Then Unregister the seat from which you paid CASH and receive your CASH back.... Now you understand?
