Blibbity - was the freeroll you cashed in truly free?

I just glanced around to see what was available, and most of them require points or something. For example, there is one at PArty at 12:10, but it says you have to HAVE 100 points. Assuming that means I need to SPEND 100 points, it's not really free.... right?

I think it should only count if the freeroll is truly 100% free.
