Don't adjust your hands on my account - I'm not even involved w/ the contest! I only said that b/c it seems like MTTs (when you place DEEP) take a long time to finish. A long time = more hands.
I tend to think there would be more than 100 hands / hr only because as you reach 20-30 people, the hands go much faster. The blinds are higher and fewer people are seeing flops. Like I said, don't change it on my account... you seem honest enough to me.

Freerolls are hardly the same as MTTs (in terms of hands). I played alot of freerolls back in the day and im just making a guess that maybe it has been a while for you. I think like 50% of people in freerolls drop off in first 30 minutes. Freerolls are quick, I can believe his amount.
