Let's not leave out the beginning...
Lary Kennedy and Greg Omotoy filed the suit against Full Tilt Poker and members of the Team Full Tilt poker professionals group including Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer, Gus Hansen and Phil Ivey after the company confiscated US$80,000 from the two customers’ Full Tilt accounts, believing they were being operated by ‘bots’, or poker-playing machines. So these guys violate the site's rules and get caught, then turn around and accuse the site of every possible infraction, knowing that the anti-internet gambling crowd will seize on it. We'll see when all the facts are in, but right now, i believe 'Tilt before I believe these guys.
