I was having the same issues you are having. What version are you running? I upgraded to the new beta version and everything was fixed.

Yeah, in my limited time using the product, I've learned that when things stop working properly, you need to go to their support forum and download and install the latest Beta. So far for me, this has solved my problems 100% of the time.
