Dude, this is for like $5. $25, max. I think it will be ok if *you* miss out. This is a great promo for the low rollers though.

But to answer your question, sometimes things like this have no effect on RB (like the Iron Man bonuses they give out twice per year based on your previous 6 months of play). Worst case though, they give you a $25 bonus and knock $25 off your MGR, which effectively means $6.75 off your rakeback. So instead of $25 free, it's really only a free $18.25.
