lol, I think the only reason I quoted your post in my about bankroll was because your post was what got me thinking about what kind of bankroll one would need to consider accepting this challenge. Someone more experience give a thought as to the bankroll needed, considering the players all probably don't have a huge edge over each other and most of the action will be coming from the 3:1 of the bet.
Ivey made me chuckle as he got to have it both ways, somewhat agreeing with the interviewer (Greenstein?) that the whole thing is a little childish considering "everyone knows I (Ivey) will play anyone at any game" but at the same time complementing Durrr as one of the few that will take anyone on at HU-NLHE. |

Yeah, Greenstein suggests the "challenge" is nothing more than bravado, when there are guys who will play anyone at any time... but he seems to be forgetting about the $1.5 million to $500k being put up on the side. I don't think Ivey does that when you sit down to play HU with him.
I think high stakes challenges like this are cool. I like durrr, but I have to admit, it would be kind of "funny" (not the right word) to see him drop $3 or $4 million to Ivey before getting another $1.5 million kick in the junk. I think Dwan will clean out David B. though, FWIW. |

DB has the option to play HUPLO and the 2+2 railbirds don't think anyone has an advantage over DB at HUPLO.
