Looks like we have two related threads going on SNGs, both with some good posts. I wrote in the other one how I think that as you get close to the money, it is great time to steal from smaller stacks, as they are naturally afraid of getting knocked out on the bubble.

For me single table vs. 3 table is really a matter of how much time I'm prepared to dedicate to earning a return on a $5 or $10 dollar buy-in. I haven't found the level of play (at least on Party) varies much between the two, so it become an issue if I'm prepared to sit down and play for 90 minutes or if I’m hoping for some quicker cash - I find the Party single table SNG's rarely take more than a half hour.
