Storm,
Do you cash out more than 1000$ at a time. I'm pretty sure that I read on their site that if you cashout more than 1000, than shipping is 3-7 days, but other wise its 12-15 or whatever. (FWIW I have tried cashing out a little more than 1000 to see if they speed up the cashout process but alas it still takes 15 days for me.)
