Mortgage here too, so probably most would go towards that except for a couple grand to stay online for poker.

I'd cash out 60k. After taxes i'd have like about 50k. I'd buy a new vehicle for about 10 to 15k, then put the rest in the bank for the time being. I'd invest 10k in the stock market and sit on the other 15k and play poker with 5k. That would be sweet.
