I've thought a little more about this bounty tourney, and here's what I'm thinking:

Once we have the league schedule finalized, I'll set up this tourney to help kick things off (probably the week before the league starts) - with DOUBLE bounties for all paid league members. Everyone can play, but only the people who are signed up for the league will be eligible for double bounties.
