While I've never seen this particular format, the way I would handle this is to play tight and let the other looser players that are eager to win a quick buy-in back from a bounty bet into you...
Once you have a made hand let them play their loose styles straight into you, but that's just the way I would do it. Expect a lot of action, and make sure you get as much chips in as you can when you have the hand. |

This was my first thought. Ammasing chips is still very important in this structure, as it will be needed as a cushion when you get in on the wrong end of it.
I am thinking that this format might make people tighter than they would normally be though.
