I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of board members at this year's WSOP. I'm not sure if I'll try to play some live sattys into events or not. I'll definitely be up for railbirding, cash games, and late night debauchery.
I won't be on vacation until June 9, so you should stay longer TP.

If I cash nicely, I will be. Otherwise, we'll have a good time on the 9th, if I'm out of my tourney by then.
Very much looking forward to it. Oh, btw - I rented a Mustang. It better be red. |

According to the WSOP web site, the Rio (or some of their sister properties?) have rooms for as low as like $60 or $75 per night for pre-registered poker players. I'll believe it when I see it.
I'm staying with local friends for the first 3 nights I'm there, and then I have a time share 7 miles south of the strip for the following week. |

The side events may just got a whole lot more action. Looks like Pokerstars is now awarding seat winners with $10,000 cash for qualifiers and asking them to register themselves for the event. Also doesn't look like they can arrange hotel accomendations for players.
