How much money did they freeze in your account? And what reason did they give you for not letting you cash out?

I'm just wondering if it's something simple, like you had $35 in there and they require a minimum of $50 to cash out or whatever.

I'm not saying I don't believe your story - I'm just saying I don't feel like we are getting the entire story. Post some email correspondence or something.
