Strange. Mine says this:
Go to User CP/Edit Options/Date & Time Options

What does it say for "DST Correction Option?" Mine is set to "Automatically detect DST settings" and it works.

Mine says : "DST corrections always on" & was at GMT -6 .

I changed it to same as you posted above. Seems to be fixed now. Merci.
