I suspect we don't know the answers to these things, because of this:

Have you been at the table long?
If so how's your image?
Have you been playing just as tight as him? Tighter? or Lagging it up?

Assuming I haven't gotten out of line lately, I c-bet all 4 hands on the flop.
The turn is where things change for me.
It's checked to me, I check the turn behind a higher % of the time then not.
If I cbet the flop with AK or 10-10 what can I beat that he calls?
If I cbet the flop with 7-7 I am more than likely beat.
If I cbet the flop with 8-9 I am more than likely beat.

If He's just floating a call on the flop, well good for him. He's tight, and it's possible he's floating with A-K but not much else. that I can beat here.

So yes, I check the turn and hope to hit the river.

What I'm trying to understand is what range of hands are you putting a tight player on when he calls your reraise OOP. I think the vast majority of the time you are going to see someone with a pocket pair there with maybe AQ, AJ, or KQ on occasion depending on how aggressive the game usually is (with the less aggressive the game, the more likely a pocket pair is). So, if that is what a person is going to call with a lot of times, you should plan to double barrel a lot of the time in these situations to win the hand.
