We've had a few of these in the past, with mixed success (they sure we fun though - especially with all the side action). At the time, no site could accommodate us very well (we wanted the tourneys to be free too), and we ended up playing on Bugsy's Club. I'll have to look into UB, but it sounds promising.

Let's see how much interest there is. Remember - if U.S. players don't already have money on there, it could be a pain for them to get it there... at least for the near future.
