Not sure about FTP, but I've found that anytime after noon is good at Stars. Before noon, most of the players are European and I find them to have a slightly more solid base of play as opposed to the fish err Americans playing the site.

I like to play Friday and Saturday night. You get a lot of people who've been drinking/smoking and play stupidly. It's nice for me because I live in Hawaii and can play drunk people on the East coast at a fairly early time.

That's sweet. I live in Florida but function on Hawaii time. It's frustrating for my friends/family, but it is what it is.

Edit: Nevermind - just noticed your "location." I've never been to Hawaii, but would love to get there sometime. Maybe I'll stop by on my way to visiting sjay2k in Australia someday.
