I primarily play tourneys on Stars and ring games on FT. I saw that line in the email from stars:
If you choose to unregister from this tournament your account will be credited with $215.00 Tournament dollars. Tournament dollars can be used to buy into any tournament. Could fund alot of tourney's as I usually don't play in anything above 10$ minus the very ocassional 20$ 180.
