Through my last 7000+ $5/$10 full ring hands, I am (are you ready for this)....

DOWN $150 with AKo!!!

WHAT? Are you kidding me? It's actually my third worst hand out of ALL hands!!!

I know this implies I must play it like shit, but I really don't think I play it particularly badly. The cards have been so evil to me lately - I think it's lost for me the last dozen times I;ve played it (no, I haven't counted).

Unreal.

I can believe that....
I don't think that A-K is such a great hand in "limit"
Put it into a "no-limit" game and the value goes up exponentially.

Anybody know why this is?
I have a theory.

It's too easy to crack in limit. Even when you hit a flop, it's too hard to protect...

Default Finally...

I won back to back hands with AK (both suited though - it's the AK off that kills me) right before I ended that crappy session.

How bad am I running? Well, I won over $700 a few nights ago. Counting that AND the $200 bonus I cleared tonight, this is officially the first time I've earned a reload bonus and had a lower bankroll than when I started.

jacks are my hand from hell. I could hit four-of-a-kind on the flop, and lose to the royal. I swear I have not profited one penny from those little bastards, and I do not overplay them. I may have when I started playing poker, but I play them very cautiously.
