Default Is Full Tilt down?

Can anyone get one?

This is the second time it's frozen up on me tonight. The first time, I had raised on one table and 3 bet/CB on another table. I lost both pots.

This is really annoying, and I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my end.

Someone check and post, please.

Email them. I just did.

Did I mention that at one of my $1/2 tables, the retard to my immediate right had $1000 sitting in front of him - nmuch of which came from me? That's ok, I didn't want my money back, Mr. 65/18 or whatever the hell he was.

A better question is, "Is Full Tilt up?" At least around 65% of the time I try to play there the servers are either down or the software is so laggy that it is unplayable. If you don't play HU cash, there really is no reason to play there.

Are you saying that bc u think the HU cash game players are the softest or for a different reason?

Same here. I've also had/played up to 8 tables with no lag at all.

Does FT seems to have more server issues than Stars. Would I be accurate in this observation?

I don't think stars has HU cash tables. Stars also doesn't have RB or datamining, which is bad or good, depending on your perspective.

Full Tilt 3, Stars 0.

The connection probabls I've had at Full Tilt have been few and far in between lately - they used to be more common - but I've never had an lag issues. Before last night, I'll guess it's been a month to six weeks since I last had connection problems.

Man..... somebody really needs to design a better database for these guys. They should be able to accomplish this after filling out a form for about 30 seconds and hitting a button that says "Export" on it. WTF?

Me:
Hello,

About 10 minutes ago, I was disconnected from Full Tilt for the second time tonight. I was playing 4 tables both times, and obviously it's very frustrating/expensive when I get disconnected with money in the pot. The problem isn't on my end, as I can connect to everywhere on the web, I can send email, I can chat on AIM, and I can connect to other poker sites, like Poker Stars. I don't know what the problem is, but it's very frustrating, so I hope you guys are doing something to resolve it.

Along those lines, because I was disconnected in the middle of some hands, I am missing a number of Hand Histories. If you could please send me my last 200 or so hand histories, that should cover it. If you need a
time frame, I'm talking about 1-2 AM ET today.

Thank you,
Mark

Troll Pie

Them:
Hello Mark,

Thank you for your email.

At approximately 2:00 AM ET on July 13th, Full Tilt Poker experienced connectivity issues in relation to a major Internet upstream server that affected several online sites.

We are pleased to inform you that Full Tilt Poker is once again accessible as the Internet upstream server issues have been resolved. We are currently reviewing all players that were affected by this ISP outage which can take approximately 48 - 72 hours to complete.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your continued patience with regards to this matter. We're always here to help so please don't hesitate to contact us about any other issue; again we assure you that we will address it as soon as possible.

You can view our system status by checking here:

Also, I have attached a transcript of your last 200 hands as you requested. I hope that they provide the information you are looking for.

If you have any other questions or concerns, Mark, please let us know. We are always here to help.

Regards,

Andrea
Full Tilt Poker Support

Me:
Unfortunately, due to the time it took you to respond to this request, these are not the hands I lost - these are from my session today. If you could send me the hand I played from 1-2 AM ET on July 13th, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.

Them:
Hello Mark,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have been experiencing an increased volume of emails that has led to delays in responding to our players.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we will not be able to send you hand histories for a given table session or time period. While we endeavor to provide hand histories as a courtesy to players, the above mentioned delay prevents us from providing this service for the time being.

As there are hundreds of thousands of hands played every day at Full Tilt Poker, we are not in the habit of storing any sort of "database" at our office which we can readily pull up as needed. When we require a hand history we must connect to the Full Tilt Poker server which then re-records the hand. Further each hand history is customized towards the player making the request so that only their hands are revealed in the history file.

I apologize for not being able to assist you further. Should you have any other questions or concerns, Mark, please let us know. Best of luck at the Full Tilt Poker tables!

Regards,

Scarlet
